The deaf guide robot 1 flashes from a light 10 by control of a control part 16 having the function for detecting a notifiable event emergence when events happen, and displays the notifiable content on a letter display board 12. Furthermore, an automotive wheel drive part 15 is driven to make it run automatically nearby the deaf person. And the notifiable content is transferred to a receiver having vibrator function and display function which the deaf person has, and the vibrator function is activated. Additionally, it is connected to telephone/FAX, PC, security system, electrification system and the like and detects incoming of telephone/FAX, visit of guests, intrusion by suspicious individuals, completion of bath, rice cooker, cloth washing, boiling and the like, and it gives notices automatically to the deaf person in each case. It gives notices automatically to a hospital and a police by pushing a message button 13 when emergency happens such as medical problems.
