Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bathing material composition capable of improving skin itching and obtaining skin dampish feeling and excellent in body warming effect by combining an extract of seeds of Avena sativa Linne by using a specific solvent with an extract of Matricaria chamomilla L.
SOLUTION: This bathing material composition contains (A) an extract obtained by extracting seeds of Avena sativa Linne with water and/or a water soluble organic solvent, (B) an extract of Matricaria chamomilla L. Further, it is preferable to contain (C) a higher fatty acid and (D) a fatty acid ester of polyoxyethylene sorbitol. The amount of the component A to be blended is preferably that obtained by extracting 0.001-1000g of powdery source of seeds of Avena sativa Linne. The amount of the component B to be blended is preferably 0.01-30wt.% of a dry solid base.
