Abstract:
To provide a chair for a bathroom equipped with lock means for holding a seat part substantially in a parallel state, in which the seat part can be brought into a folded state by operating lock release means by a single touch.SOLUTION: A chair for a bathroom includes a leg frame with a leg part, a backrest part 5 attached to the leg frame, and a seat part attached to the leg frame rotatably between an expanded state and a folded state. The seat is provided with lock means for causing the seat part to engage with the leg frame and holding the expanded state. The backrest part is provided with lock release means 9 for releasing the engagement of the seat part and the leg frame by the lock means. A folding lever 90 of the lock release means is arranged so that its upper end part is substantially flush with an upper end part of the backrest part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
