PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having a miniaturized profile.SOLUTION: A battery pack includes: a first battery cell group 701 and a second battery cell group 702 each including a plurality of battery cells 150 stacked therein; a battery module housing the first battery cell group and the second battery cell group; and a relay 220 connecting or disconnecting between an external circuit, and the first battery cell group and the second battery group. The first battery cell group has a first predetermined number of battery cells, and the second battery cell group has a second predetermined number of battery cells, the second predetermined number being less than the first predetermined number. The relay is arranged on a side of the top surface of the battery module, the second battery cell group being housed on the side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
