In this way, In a case where the protection IC 5 detects an overvoltage state of the secondary battery 12 and outputs a detection signal, the output of the output port 731 is switched off when the detection signal is detected via the input port 732, so that the overvoltage state of the secondary battery 12 detected by the protection IC 5 is dissolved. The output of the detection signal is thus stopped in a short time, thereby avoiding fusing of fuses 31 of the non-returning switch 30.
