Abstract:
To provide a device and the like capable of evaluating performance of a secondary battery, while reducing an arithmetic processing load required for identifying a model parameter value for defining a model used for evaluating the performance of the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A different battery models is determined as a battery model to be used for performance evaluation of an object secondary battery according to satisfaction and non-satisfaction of specification conditions. Specifically, when the specification conditions are satisfied, a second battery model, the battery model being simpler than a first battery model (the battery model determined when the specification conditions are not satisfied) defined by a plurality of first model parameters, is determined by being defined by a plurality of second model parameters that are fewer than the plurality of first model parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
