Electricity is generated in an enclosed space by using a ring- shaped and wheel-shaped superconducting material. Magnetic lines of forces of permanent magnets 14 and 16 are applied to a wheel-ring-shaped superconductor 15 in a vacuum-bottle container in which liquid nitrogen is sealed and the magnetic lines of forces reflected by the inclined surfaces of the wheel-ring- shaped superconductor 14 are applied to a coil upper part 9 and a coil lower part 10 while moving and rotating to generate electricity.
