The bearing unit 3 is constituted in a ladder shape constituted of:, for example, the horizontal muntins 4, 5; and a plurality of muntins 9 which are joined between the horizontal muntins 4, 5 and form the shear force burdening members 6. The bearing unit 3 and the columns are connected with bolts 20.
