PURPOSE: A bearing that is made by adding an electroconductive carbon powder and a mica powder to a polyamide resin by specific amounts respectively, thus being suitable for use in small-sized motors, because of its enabling the shaft to effect smooth and stable operation for a long time, further its light weight and low costs.
CONSTITUTION: The objective bearing is made by adding (A) an electroconductive carbon powder and (B) a mica powder, preferably of less than 104 micron particle sizes, just like silk mica, to a polyamide resin, preferably nylon 6, 6, by 10W15wt% and 10W15wt% respectively.
EFFECT: The resultant bearing has high surface hardness, abrasion resistance as well as high thermal conductivity, thus permitting the use for 10,000hr at least.
