Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cutting oil containing salts of dicarboxylic acids with diphenol and dicyclohexanol structural skelton is used to cut a variety of metal wares, thus effecting cutting with high corrosion resistance, defoaming properties, lubricity and heat resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A cutting oil containing a salt of dicarboxylic acid of formula I and/or formula II (R1, R2 are 1W6C hydrocarbon, 6W12C hydrocarbon containing aromatic ring; m, n are 0W3; X is O, S, SO2, CO, 1W9C hydrocarbon), preferably its alkali metal, ammonium, lower amine or alkylolamine salt) is used to effect cutting.
