To provide a bedside cabinet with a TV set which is improved in storage capability and flexibility in the viewing and listening angle, and used as a dressing table without impairing these functions.

The bedside cabinet 1 has a thin wide TV set 30 with a front surface covered with a half mirror 32 which is fixed at a free end of a multi-joint arm 20 having one end fixed to a part of a back panel 11 extending above a top panel 12. The multi-joint arm 20 has a plurality of turning arms 23 and 24, and a cross-shaped TV holding member 27 attached to the free end via a universal joint 26. The thin wide TV set 30 is anchored to the cross-shaped TV holding member 27 at the center of the back side. The thin wide TV set 30 is of such a size as can be housed in a part above the top panel 12 by folding the multi-joint arm 20 with a long side turned in the vertical direction.
