To prevent a fastening member from slipping with respect to a garment of a mounting person when assisting power from the driving part of a mounting type operation assisting device is transmitted to the mounting person via the fastening member.
The mounting assisting tool 200 is obtained by integrally laminating an adhesive layer 210, an elastic layer 220, a power transmission layer 230, and a friction layer 240. The respective layers are connected to one another using a connection method such as sewing or adhering or welding. The elastic layer 220 elastically deforms so as to fasten the adhesive layer 210 to the section to be driven of the mounting person and to buffer the transmission of assisting power between the adhesive layer 210 and the power transmission layer 230 when the assisting power of the mounting type operation assisting device increases. Thus, when the assisting power (motor torque) of the mounting type operation assisting device becomes excessive, a transmission torque is reduced lest the adhesive layer 210 slips with respect to the surface of the garment which the mounting person 12 wears by the buffering of the elastic layer 220.
