Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor device in which a return roller can be drawn stably and attached or detached with a simple operation without requiring a tool.SOLUTION: A roller guide 6 for supporting a return roller 4 is provided in a portion of a cradle 1. A roller table 5 for rotatably supporting the return roller 4 is supported on the roller guide 6 so as to be slidable to a position retreating from below a conveyor belt 2 in a width direction of the conveyor belt 2. A lever 25, which is a grip for drawing the roller table 5, is provided in the roller table 5 rotatably around a shaft along a drawing direction of the roller table 5. A projection piece 26 projecting in a direction orthogonal to the shaft is provided integrally with the lever 25. A stopper 27, which restrains the slide of the roller table 5 by bringing the projection piece 26 into contact with the roller table 5 when the projection piece 26 is directed in a specific direction by the rotation operation of the lever 25, is provided in the roller guide 6.
