Abstract:
To provide a belt mechanism in which service life of a toothed belt are hardly shortened even when a heavy weight object is conveyed.SOLUTION: A belt mechanism comprises a flat pulley, a toothed pulley, and an endless belt wound between the flat pulley and the toothed pulley. An object fixed to a surface of the endless belt can be moved in both directions between the flat pulley and the toothed pulley by rotational drive of the toothed pulley, and the endless belt has a plurality of toothed belts connected in a loop, and the toothed belt comprises: a belt body; a plurality of tooth parts arranged on one surface of the belt body at equal intervals in a lengthwise direction; and a plurality of core body codes buried in the belt body along the lengthwise direction at intervals in a width direction of the belt body. The plurality of toothed belts are connected so that the tooth part of the toothed belt contacting to the flat pulley is positioned on an outer surface side of the endless belt, and the tooth part of the toothed belt contacting to the toothed pulley is positioned on an inner surface side of the endless belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
