PURPOSE: To easily form the curve of a plate piece such as the hit ball rail of a pachinko game machine by pressing the intermediate part of a plate piece by a recessed surface pressing bending mechanism while stably holding the plate piece by a protruding surface regulating member and a fall preventing mechanism, and simultaneously pressing both end points of the plate piece in their state of facing each other.
CONSTITUTION: A bending device is disposed in an AP rail supply station 8 in a conveyer line C for mass-producing a game machine, and so constructed that two protruding regulating members 32, 33 and a maximum curved protruding regulating member 34 disposed in a intermediate space between the members 32, 33 are provided on a plate piece placing table 31 in the scattering manner. Further, the device comprises a fall preventing mechanism 35 having a stopping member 35a capable of freely approaching to and separating from the protruding regulating member 32 and a recessed pressing bending mechanism 36 for pressing the maximum curved recessed surface of a plate piece provided opposite to the maximum curved protruding regulating member 34. Both end points 20a, 20b of a plate piece 20 are pressed by positioning mechanisms 38, 39 in their state of facing each other and while a fall is stopped, a driving mechanism 37 is driven so that the curved surface of the plate piece 20 is pressed to be curved in a designated from by the recessed pressing bending mechanism 36.
