Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the structure of the clamping device simple, which opens/ closes the clamping device, and surely clamp an article.
CONSTITUTION: A push bar 8 is movably provided for the main body frame 4 of an open/close device main body 2 opening/closing the clamping section of the clamping device. And an abutting base section 12 formed with a pressing face 13 at one end side of it, and with an oblique abutting face 7 at the other end of it, and a pawl fitting 6 composed of the abutting base section 12, and of a L shaped pawl 14 where a handle section is attache to a hold section side formed by the pressing face 13 of the aforesaid abutting section 12 and the oblique abutting face 7 in such a way as to be formed roughly into an U shape as viewed from the front, are installed onto the end section of the aforesaid push bar 8 while being eccentric to the axial line of the push bar 8. Moreover, a horizontal abutting face 5a to which the oblique abutting face 7 of the abutting base section 12 abuts is provided for the main body frame 4, and a pressing cylinder 3 is also provided, which presses the push bar 8 to the main body frame 4.
