Abstract:
To provide a beverage product production system capable of improving energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A beverage product production facility is a facility for producing a beverage product from raw water and comprises: a high temperature side cooling part which has a low step refrigeration machine 12 for cooling cold water by a circulation coolant being circulated inside of the low step refrigeration machine and heating hot water by waste heat, and which cools the raw water by the first coolant cooled by the low step refrigeration machine 12; a saturator for dissolving a carbon dioxide gas to the raw water cooled by the high temperature side cooling part; a filling part for filling the raw water in which the carbon dioxide gas is dissolved by the saturator to a container; and a heating part 80 for heating the container in which the raw water is filled by the filling part using heat of the hot water heated by the low step refrigeration machine 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
