Abstract:
To reduce time required for extracting a beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage supply device is equipped with an extracting machine 30 for extracting a beverage by putting ground coffee beans and hot water into a cylinder 341 and supplies coffee extracted by the extracting machine 30 into a cup C. The extracting machine 30 puts the hot water mixed with the ground coffee beans as mixing hot water in midair into a cylinder 341. The extracting machine 30 includes a raw material chute part 33 having a raw material passage 331 for dropping the ground coffee beans to the cylinder 341, and the raw material chute part 33 preferably has a mixing hot water nozzle 434 for discharging the mixing hot water to a part of the raw material passage 331. In addition, the mixing hot water nozzle 434 preferably discharges the mixing hot water obliquely downward in a manner to block a part of the raw material passage 331.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
