To enable movement of a bicycle parking base by enabling temporary release of braking by means of an adjacent movable bicycle parking base even in a state in which the bicycle parking base is kept braked with respect to a rail.
When a contact member 43b of an adjacent movable bicycle parking base abuts on a contact member 43a of a bicycle parking base on which braking acts, the contact member 43a of the bicycle parking base is pushed in against an urging force of a compression spring 44a. A flexible wire 42a coupled to the contact member 43a is pushed in by this push-in operation, and a back end 45a thereof pushes in a braking release plate 27 backward against an urging force of a compression spring 28. Thus, only a front shaft 25a is moved backward to separate a braking end 25e from a rail.
