To distribute the fuel costs of a vehicle to either the fuel costs of the object of accounting or the fuel costs of the outside of the object of accounting.
This accounting distribution system is provided with: a path data registration means for preliminarily registering the scheduled path data of a vehicle; a traveling history data registration means for registering a flag which is turned on when a vehicle travels as the scheduled path data and fuel consumption while the vehicle is traveling as traveling history data for every traveling history when the vehicle travels after the scheduled path data are set; an oil supply history data registration means for registering the fuel unit price of supplied fuel as the oil supply history data for every oil supply history supplied by the vehicle; a fuel cost calculation means for calculating actual fuel costs by using the fuel consumption of the traveling history data and the fuel unit price of the oil supply history data for every traveling history, and for registering the calculated actual fuel costs as the traveling history data; and an accounting distribution means for distributing the actual fuel costs of the traveling history data whose flag is ON to the fuel costs of the outside of the object of accounting.
