PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for power storage device capable of improving characteristics, such as adhesion, and to provide a slurry for power storage device, a power storage electrode, and a power storage device.SOLUTION: A binder composition for power storage device contains a polymer (A), a polymer (B), a liquid medium (C), where the polymer (A) contains repeating unit (A3) shown by a following general formula (3), the polymer (B) contains 5-40 pts.mass of repeating unit derived from unsaturated carboxylic acid, when the whole repeating unit in the polymer (B) is 100 pts.mass.
