To mount either a hard boot or a soft boot by moving a heel fixing pawl disposed for a heel holding member and energized in the direction of a tiptoe in a direction separating from a heel so as to disengage the heel fixing pawl and the projection of a boot heel rear tip face.
A tiptoe fixing member 2 fixing the tiptoe of a hard boot is fitted at the front tip of a pedestal main body 11 to engage a ring curved part 21a consisting of a curved part 21a, a straight line part 21b and an intermediate part 21c with a projection at the tiptoe part of the boot. At the rear tip part of the main body 11, the heel maintaining member with a heel holding frame 31 which gradually becomes higher backward from the front side. The heel fixing pawl 4 energized in the direction of the tiptoe by a compression coil spring and moving backward by a lever 61 is formed at the rear tip face of the heel holding frame 31. At the time of stepping after placing the projection of a boot heel on the pawl 4, the heel is fixed by the backward moving and reseating of the pawl 4 and is removed by the backward rotation of the lever 61. A soft boot can be attached by attaching an adaptor.
