To collect bioparticles in a manner capable of being returned to a sample solution.SOLUTION: A bioparticles collection device includes a first sample table that provides a support surface to which sample solution containing bioparticles and in which a first recess that opens to the support surface is formed, and a power supply unit for selectively applying a DC voltage having the same polarity or reverse polarity as a charge polarity of the bioparticles in the sample solution relative to the first sample table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
