Abstract:

To provide a vehicle that includes a transmission having a shift mechanism and suppresses noise caused by a shifting operation sound, which is felt by a driver during shifting operation.SOLUTION: A vehicle power transmission device 11 includes a transmission 4 having a shift mechanism 6 for shifting power inputted from drive sources 2, 3 to a power transmission path for transmitting the power from the drive sources 2, 3 to drive wheels 10. The vehicle power transmission device 11 includes noise suppressing means 12 for suppressing noise which is felt by a driver due to a shifting operation sound generated during shifting operation of the shift mechanism 6. The noise suppressing means 12 raises an environmental sound in the installation environment of the transmission 4 so that the sound pressure level of the shifting operation sound with respect to the environmental sound becomes small during the shifting operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
