PURPOSE: To provide the above-mentioned composition, useful for bleaching a fouled substrate, such as clothes, or the like, capable of providing a stain removal at a low cost, functioning in a wide temperature range with a relatively low concentration, a specific oxygen transfer agent and a surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: A targeted composition comprising about 0.05 to 10 wt.% of (A) an oxygen transfer agent represented by formula I, (wherein R1 is H, phenyl, aryl, heterocycle, alkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 is H, phenyl, aryl, heterocycle, alkyl, cycloalkyl, formula II, nitro, halo, cyano, alkoxy, keto, carboxy or carboalkoxy; R3 is phenyl, aryl, heterocycle, alkyl, cycloalkyl, nitro, halo or cyano; and R1 and R2, R2 and R3 are each cycloalkyl, heterocycle and aromatic cycle system), preferably, 2-benzene sulfonyl-3-phenyloxaziridine, and about 0.5 to 50 wt.% of (B) a surfactant. It is further preferable to use about 1 to 60 wt.% of (C) a peroxy compound such as a perborate, or the like.
