The bling nail sticker includes: a base material layer where a pattern is printed; and a solid decoration part formed of a pattern with a photoluminescence material like a jewel on the top of the base material layer. The solid decoration part includes: a photoluminescence reflection layer printed on the top surface of the base material layer; a transparent coating paint layer printed at a formed position of the reflection layer out of the top surface of the base material layer to transmit light through the reflection layer; and a solid layer adherently painted on the top surface of the coating paint layer. A solid decoration part like an attachment of a jewel is provided at a certain position by using the bling nail sticker and a solid decoration part is provided by using a printing technique, so the size and position of the solid decoration part can be easily adjusted to shorten the manufacturing process time.
