To apply use for road signs and alarm lamps for wide usages by charging a storage battery through a solar battery and blinking light-emitting diodes through the operation of a control circuit board.
A miniature storage battery 2 is housed in a bottomed cylindrical body 1, and a control circuit board 3 is connected to electric terminals of the storage battery 2. An electronic circuit which controls charging and discharging of the storage battery 2 and blinking of light-emitting diodes 17 is incorporated in the control circuit board 3. Arc surface shaped converging lens parts 11 arranged at regular intervals are formed lengthwise on the inside circumference of a casing body. The plural light-emitting diodes are arranged in a radial pattern on an emission board 15, which is supported horizontally by a supporting piece 16 projectingly fixed on a partition wall 14. The emission fromn each light-emitting diode has high light convergence frontward. The storage battery 2 is charged by electromotive force of a solar battery 32, at all times, then this blinking light can be blinked sequentially or all at once by setting an operating switch 4.
