Title:
BOARD STRUCTURE OF TRANSMITTER FOR TIRE INFLATION PRESSURE MONITORING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3392362
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board structure of a transmitter for a tire inflation pressure monitoring device wherein easy masking of a pressure detecting hole of a pressure sensor is ensured during moisture proofing of an electronic circuit.
SOLUTION: This transmitter for a tire inflation pressure monitoring device includes a printed board 3 provided with a pressure detecting part 1 for detecting tire air pressure and a signal processing circuit 2 for transmitting signals for the detected pressure to a receiver on the body side with electric waves and a power supply stored in the casing for supplying electric power to the pressure detecting part 1 and the signal processing circuit 2. The printed board 3 has a pressure guide port 8 communicated with a pressure measuring hole 7 of the pressure detecting part 1 and a soldering land 13 on the outer periphery of the pressure guide hole 8, the pressure guide hole 8 having a diameter large enough for blocking with the surface tension of a solder deposited to the land 13.
