Abstract:
PURPOSE: To downsize a bobbin case replacer and also, suppress the cost of the bobbin case replacer by downsizing a chuck driving means.
CONSTITUTION: A chuck driving means 7 is equipped with a support plate 22 provided with the first cam groove 21 a in the direction of a rotary oven 6, the second cam groove 21b in the direction of a bobbin case 2 for replacement, and the third cam groove 21c connecting them. A drive lever 23 rotating around the rotary shaft 27 of the supporting plate 22 rotates by one actuator. With the clearance groove 28 of this drive lever 23 engages the shifting shaft 29 of a following lever 24 engaging with the first to third cam grooves 21a-21c, and the clearance groove 30 of the following lever 24 engages with the regulating shaft 26b fixed to the support plate 22. Therefore, when the drive lever rotates, the chuck 5 attached to the following lever 24 rotates around the regulating shaft 26, and also it shifts in the direction of the rotary hook 6 and a bobbin case 2 for replacement.
