Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a chuck band from being deformed and protect a chuck cylinder and a stationary band from being damaged as well and further enhance the excavation efficiency of a casing tube.
CONSTITUTION: In a casing excavator based on a band type chuck system, a long squared hole is installed to a movable band C6 which is located on the opposite side of a ring gear and a stationary band 4. It is fastened with a bolt 25, a washer 26 and a nut 27 by way of a slidable square-shaped bush 28.
