To provide a bobbin feeding system capable of surely preventing a minimum bobbin failed in removing a residual yarn layer from being fed as it is, thereby appropriately distributing bobbins having different residual yarn situations and different leading situations to a succeeding process.
A residual yarn amount detection device for detecting the residual yarn amount of a bobbin unloaded from an automatic winder, and a stopper device for removing the residual yarn layer of the bobbin are disposed in a major transfer passage for transferring the bobbin unloaded from the automatic winder. A bypass passage for re-feeding the bobbin from the downstream side of a stopper device to the upstream side of the residual yarn amount detection device is connected to the major transfer passage. The bobbin after being processed by the stopper device is transferred through the bypass passage to the residual yarn amount detection device, and the residual yarn of the bobbin is confirmed.
