Abstract:

A dynamic containment spray-cooling system is added as a safety system to limit radiation leakage over a long period after an accident by reducing the pressure of the containment, in this boiling water type nuclear power plant having a pressure-reducing valve and a gravity falling type reactor core water injection system as an emergency reactor core cooling system, and having a static containment cooling system 714 and a containment water-flooding system as a containment cooling system.
