Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method for a battery case of high-sealing capability and dimensional precision, in which a brazing filler metal, etc., is not mixed, by bonding a battery case of aluminum for a high performance battery by using the brazing filler metal, and without making the temperature of the entire battery case high.
SOLUTION: A container main body 1 of aluminum and a lid material 2 are bonded through heating and fusing locally with a high density heat source, using a brazing filler metal 6. In this case, a packing 4 is provided in a part 32 of the lid material 2 fitted into the inside of the container body. An inner seal can be also used for the entire part of the lid material 2 fitted into the inside of the container body 1.
