Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding device capable of performing bookbinding and cutting of a booklet and capable of suppressing complication of a device structure.SOLUTION: A table 110 can move in parallel to a mounting face 110A along a transport passage passing a first transport position to which plural sheets are supplied. A glue applying mechanism 300 and a front page holding unit are disposed on a front direction of the first transport position. A cutting unit is disposed on a rear direction of the first transport position. The table 110 can move toward a front direction to a position where a front end face is bound by the glue applying mechanism 300 and the front page holding unit, and can move toward a rear direction to a position where a rear end face is cut by the cutting unit.
