Abstract:
To downsize a device by mounting a hydraulic cylinder in an air cylinder, sharing a piston rod between the hydraulic cylinder and the air cylinder, and utilizing a space of a piston rod side of the air cylinder as a tank for a hydraulic cylinder operating oil.
A tube 1 of an air cylinder and a tube 2 of a hydraulic cylinder are disposed. The hydraulic cylinder is built in the air cylinder. A piston rod 5 is shared between the air cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder. A piston 3 of the air cylinder and a piston 4 of the hydraulic cylinder are attached to both ends of the piston rod 5. A space of the piston rod of the air cylinder is filled with cylinder oil to an oil level 11.
