Abstract:

To improve the heat retaining property and antibacterial property of footgear, prevent athlete's foot, and promote the blood circulation of feet by forming the bottom member of footgear with a synthetic resin or rubber containing tourmaline grains and/or powder.

A layer made of a synthetic resin or rubber mixed with tourmaline grains and/or powder 1 is provided on an insole 3 as the bottom member of a shoe. The tourmaline grains and/or power 1 of 0.1μm-2mm is preferably mixed and dispersed in the synthetic resin or rubber as a matrix. When the tourmaline grains and/or powder 1 is dispersed in the matrix of the synthetic resin or rubber, antibacterial and deodorant effects are obtained by the characteristic of tourmaline, athlete's foot is prevented and the blood circulation of feet is promoted by the effect of far infrared rays, and a good effect is given to the mitigation of the fatigue of feet. When the tourmaline fine grains and/or power 1 is mixed into resin paint for coating, the layer formed by coating is a thin layer, the tourmaline fine grains and/or powder 1 of 0.1μm-0.8μm is used.
