Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make long part boxes flow by changing to a longitudinal direction in the middle of a conveyance passage with a simple method using no power means while enabling compactly aligning in a flow direction in an insertion port and a return port.SOLUTION: A box conveying device 1 includes a conveyor 10 of downward pitch, conveying a long part box B by self-weight from an insertion port 10A to a return port 10C via a work port 10B. The box conveying device 1 has a direction conversion structure 20 which vertically and horizontally converts the direction of the part box B flowing along the conveyor 10 by a self-weight rotation action due to contact of the part box B. The direction conversion structure 20 has: a vertical direction conversion part 21 for converting to a vertical direction, the direction of the part box B flowing in a lateral posture from the insertion port 10A; and a horizontal direction conversion part 22 for converting to a horizontal direction, the direction of the part box B flowing in a vertical posture in a position at a downstream from the vertical direction conversion part 21 and an upstream from the return port 10C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
