Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the preventive safety and easy drive without deteriorating the riding comfortableness by supplying a control brake pressure regulated by a control brake pressure generating means to the wheel brake of a wheel when a vehicle is in a traveling state requiring automatic braking.
SOLUTION: A brake pressure generating device 2 is formed of a tandem master cylinder for generating a brake pressure by a brake pedal and an actuator for automatically generating a brake pressure. When the traveling state of a vehicle to execute the automatic braking is detected, the second output port 32 of the brake pressure generating device 2 is connected to a main brake pipe line. Further, a current is carried to a proportional solenoid 148 to move a valve spool 130, and a control brake pressure is built up in a control chamber 120, and supplied to the wheel brake of each wheel through the second output port 32 to automatically brake the vehicle. According to such a structure, preventive safety and easy drive can be improved.
