Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respectively enlarge faces (length) allotted to support load of linear guide mechanism by providing independent linear guide mechanism at a pair of moving parts arranged in parallel with each other.
SOLUTION: When compressed air is charged in one cylinder chamber 5b, one moving part 5 is pressed by the compressed air so as to move while being guided by linear guide mechanism 7, and stops in contact with a stopper. At this time, a cam 19 with which pin-like engaging parts 21, 22 protrusively provided at the respective moving parts 5, 6 are engaged are drivenly rotated. In association with this, the other moving plart 6 moves in an opposite direction while being guided by linear guide mechanism 8 and stops simultaneously with the stop of one moving plart 5, that is, moves synchronously in the opposite direction. In this device, the moving parts 5, 6 arranged in parallel with each other are provided with four pairs of independent linear guide mechanism 7, 8, so that faces (length) allotted to support load of the linear guide mechanism 7, 8 can be respectively made large.
