Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing structure capable of securing a proper thickness of a brazing material, when joining a metallic member and a metallic member by the brazing material.SOLUTION: In an arrangement process, a powder aggregate 18 is arranged in a joining part 24. In a joining process, slurry 22 is sucked between powders of metallic powder 14 for constituting the powder aggregate 18, and a binder included in the slurry 22 evaporates. A joining brazing material 16 included in the slurry 22 is also impregnated into the metallic powder 14, and is eutectically joined to a surface of the metallic powder 14. Since the metallic powder 14 for constituting the powder aggregate 18 exhibits the column effect of becoming a column when joining a pair of metal plates 26, the proper thickness of a composite brazing material 12 can be secured.
