Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a program for operating a processing based on a file to be processed at the time of receiving the file in a real time, and to set a condition without setting each kind of condition of a parameter or the like at the time of activating the program each time.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a definition file 3 for storing a folder name, program name, and parameter, and a program activation controlling part 2 provided corresponding to each folder 1. The program activation controlling part 2 always monitors the writing of a file in the folder 1, designates a parameter based on the definition file 3 when the file is written in the folder 1, and activates the program corresponding to the filder 1.
