The apparatus is provided with passing holes 7 for passing a string K1 having heat-melting yarns at least on the surface of the outer periphery and heaters 3 supplying heat to the passing holes 7. The passing hole 7 has a hole 7b smaller than the size of the string K1. The passing hole 7 is placed on an exchanging member 6 having a passing hole fixable in a freely attaching and detaching manner to an exchanging hole 5 of the main body 2 of the apparatus.
