PURPOSE: To present the broadcasting alarm device, which can speedily execute required broadcasting without fail even when a temporary fault is generated at a broadcasting route, concerning the broadcasting alarm device to report the start of dam release or the like and any dangerous state with this start to nearby persons by a broadcasting facility.

CONSTITUTION: A voice amplification part 2 is provided to amplify a voice signal V or a pseudo voice signal SV, a voice control part 3 is provided to turn on the voice amplification part 2 for prescribed time according to a command C from a central monitor station 1 and to input the voice signal V or the pseudo voice signal SV to the voice amplification part 2, a timer 4 is provided to detect the time-over of continuous electrification at the voice amplification part 2, and a lock circuit 5 is provided to execute the off-lock of the voice amplification part 2 according to the time over detection of the timer 4 and to cancel the off-lock according to remote control RC from the central monitor station 1. Thus, even when the voice amplification part 2 is locked by detecting the time-over, this is canceled by the central monitor station 1 and the required broadcasting is executed.
