Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush motor having an insulator, capable of suppressing the decrease of a winding possible area of a winding while suppressing the protrusion of the winding to the outside in the radial direction.SOLUTION: A brush motor 100 includes: a rotor core 11 which is fixed to a revolving shaft 15; a plurality of teeth 11a extending from the rotor core 11 to the radial direction; and an insulator 12 which covers the rotor core 11 and the plurality of teeth 11a. The insulator 12 includes: a plurality of tooth coating parts 121 which are parts to cover the plurality of teeth 11a; and step parts 12a which differentiate heights between the inside of the tooth coating parts 121 in the radial direction and the outside thereof in the radial direction. At the inside and the outside of each tooth coating part 121 in the radial direction, an inner winding 13a and an outer winding 13b are respectively wound in separation by a boundary of the step parts 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
