PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of utilizing two control methods further effectively, for example.SOLUTION: A motor control device according to an embodiment comprises: a first estimation unit that calculates a first estimation value of an electric angle of a motor by an adaptive observer model; a second estimation unit that calculates a second estimation value of the electric angle of the motor by an extended induction voltage observer model; and a motor controller that can switch between a state where the motor is controlled on the basis of the first estimation value and a state where the motor is controlled on the basis of the second estimation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
