Abstract:
To provide a brushless motor capable of suppressing a cogging torque caused by a difference in a flow of a magnetic flux generated between a coil wound tooth and a coil non-wound tooth while improving winding workability and coil winding space factor without lowering the efficiency.SOLUTION: Six non-wound teeth 15 and six wound teeth 17 around which windings are wound are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction around an axis L to constitute a stator 4, and a rotor 10 in which 14 drive magnets 9 are arranged in a circumferential direction is supported so as to be rotatable around the axis L on an outer peripheral side of the stator 4. Outer peripheral ends 15a and 17a of each of the non-wound teeth 15 and each of the wound teeth 17 are opposed to the driving magnets 9 of the rotor 10, and the rotor 10 is rotated by continuously switching a magnetic flux flowing to each of the teeth 15 and 17 by energizing the windings of the stator 4. A circumferential width B1 of the outer peripheral end 15a of each of the non-wound teeth 15 is set to be wider than a circumferential width B2 of the outer peripheral end of each of the wound teeth 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
