Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent damage and breakdown from the debris flow by mounting a unit plate consisting of iron plate or synthetic resin through the buffers made of rubber or synthetic resin, etc., to the wings of a soil saving dam.

CONSTITUTION: The holding plates 3 having the stopping protrusions 3(a) are mounted on the cylindrical buffers 2 made of rubber or synthetic resin. And, the buffers 2 are adhered in zigzag to a unit plate 1 consisting of iron plate or synthetic resin and having the lattice-like compression flanges 1(a) lengthwise and crosswide on its reverse side. The unit plate 1 is fixed to necessary places such as the wings and such of a construction 4 by bolts and the like.
