This building designed by utilizing the microclimate, which takes in air from the outside and which exhausts the air from the upper floor or a roof section, comprises: a plurality of openings 10 which are provided on the lower floor of the building and which include at least one fenster; a transom 12 which is provided in a position away from the at least one fenster on the lower floor; a wind tunnel 14 which is provided in a ceiling on the lower floor; and a heat exhaust tower 15 which is provided on the roof of the building. In the building, an air circulation passage is continuously formed of the transom 12, the wind tunnel 14 and the heat exhaust tower 15, and the roof section is provided with a roof light window 18 which can exhaust the air and heat from the wind tunnel 14 to the outside.
