In this building support fitting comprising at least a bearing plate 12 provided on one end of a metal pipe 11, substantially the central through-hole edge of the bearing plate is nipped and fixed by an annular swollen part 15 molded on the metal pipe and a caulking part 19 formed in the opening thereof. A thread is provided on the other end of the metal pipe, and a receiving member is provided on the thread so that the mounting position is adjustable. The manufacturing method of the building support metal fitting comprises fitting and fixing the metal pipe to the bottomed hole of a first die while partially exposing the metal pipe, pressing a core metal provided on a second movable die while fitting it into the hole of the metal pipe to mold the annular swollen part, fitting the through-hole of the bearing plate to the end part of the metal pipe having the annular swollen part molded thereon, and caulking the opening of the metal pipe to fix and hold the bearing plate.
