Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building equipped with a latent heat storage material capable of minimizing the lowering of an indoor temperature in the night and easing the cold at dawn even if a heating system is cut off while in bed in winter.
SOLUTION: The building comprises a living room consisting of building units U1 and Ua in a first floor of a unit building U. The latent heat storage material is provided to the living room consisting of the building units U1 and Ua, and a temperature of phase change thereof becomes 18°C.
